Why I am doing this tweet fest on Fridays, when I'm a seriously focused-pocus, nose to the bold milestone, hard rechargeable battery acid... communication consultant who works with dentists on their marketing?

SEE Followers Note Below: Basically I trim the raunchy and bot rot.

Because it's what I'm about, to say, which is I'm a communicator of communication that is arranged and tuned to attract both consumers and dentists who want to, or do, value dentistry and dental care more.

Then there are the people who have given up on dental care, or at least going to the dentist on even a semi regular basis. This group has been hovering around the 50 percent of the market for many years.

While about 50 percent of this group may be in the 'can't afford it' group, many of them actually would use any of their other discretionary dollars or dig deeper if they were more comfortable with going to a dentist. Also trying to get to those consumers in the main 'not going to a dentist now group' who wonder if there is value in 'paying out of pocket' for dental treatments.

These #FollowFriday tweets (32 noted below) and others I do on Twitter.com are meant to bring about a different perspective about dentistry, make people more comfortable while improving the value perception. Unlike the plethora of 'stock' dentists jokes online, the drilling issue presented Ad nauseam and fear of going to the dentist gags, my tweets engage listeners in a more sophisticated and refined way... Hold it!

That would not be true.

What I mean is I provide another perspective in a reflective pun lichen manner.

I don't avoid 'fear' and other realities of dentistry, but figure the health value advanced dental care offers today is more important to promote in large quantities (and unique qualities I bring to it) than to pile on with the tired, old, hackney* still trotted out there on the Internet.

Ironically the web rehashes quite a bit, making it seem like there is little new under the sun, and we've just moved our past printed knowledge and creativity online and keep copying and pasting it again and again. This may be overstated and harsh, but hyperbole is a mainstay on the Internet as well.

I was virtually told I would not be allowed to post anymore if I was merely stating facts and straightforward opinions. While capitulating is not in my nature, I felt to get the word to world was more vital. Knowing I could possibly save the world from itself, made breaking my capitulation promise keepers Davanni's Code.

Dentists, dental professionals and dentistry industry people, please FollowFriday @NicheDental to save the world from itself. I implore you!

We must stand together. And smite the Steve King's of this world, except the author version. He has done his best to scare the bejebus out of all, and nearly stopping fear from affecting the public and their sense of public dental health citizenry involvement duty in twice yearly visits to your dentist offices!

*In the 7th paragraph of introduction: the word 'Hackney' is used correctly and incorrectly. It's to mean Hackneyed, but stands for the horse/pony definition of the spelling used to go with the "trotted out there" statement following it. While many may have figured this out without needing this played out here, I want to stop any English Major languishes in their tracks. I do this kind of possible word mistaken identity (and pun Ish meant) all the time to the frustration of their type of many characters. Twisting the strife in this way is a favorite word meaning bypassed time. It comes from sentient being bedraggled by the red ink covering my earlier writing by their ilk and other spilled milk. Of course, I will screw up in virtual reality at times, and then they, the TMls, will get their just desert oasis water boards on my chapped schtick hide.

Instead I lead in following other followers first, on Twitter, where dentists should follow me, too. Since my sense of pride's wider, thicker, heavier set in its ways than mere follower followers who don't assume the position of rightful err apparent as I do on many occasion, I ask you to be different as I am.

Ever notice how people like me think as-lichen. Don't merely be following followers, follow the leader of following followers! @NicheDental as different as differing followers are different that other followers like themselves... This could go on for a lot longer but I think you follow me now, right?

Take what you will from this exacting bit of information bloat I have floated here. Dingy longing may never have been your intention, but inflation of contextual meaning has always been my banal lonely* invention.

It often seams like a constant thread with me, but threading the needling of pun meant's been very trying & error, varying error in trying & trying to vaguely error again, until I now have error variation down to a timely trying psychological annoyance.

This Monday morning's trial & tribulation was conceiving a weaving, shucking, conniving and husking umpteen a maize zingers, 102 characters (with link, wink, nod and standard intro) assimilation into a dense narrative assassination.
